In order to create an interactive, personalized experience for the consumer, I updated the copy throughout our Healthy Skin Routine Finder. The digital quiz allows the consumer to enter information about their age, skin type, skin concerns and lifestyle to find a skin routine that would work best for their specific needs and then choose to shop the formulas or have their personalized routine emailed to them to shop later. This type of personalization translates the uniquely tailored experience a consumer can have in a Kiehl's store to the digital space.
