In an effort to send content-driven emails as part of our marketing communications, I helped create a content email series in the form of a monthly digest. After crowd-sourcing to see what type of content our audience would be interested in and collaborating cross-functionally, I distilled our findings into a monthly thematic "While you were Away...," which recaps everything customers might have missed from us that month (i.e. new product launches) as well as giving travel recommendations and tips based on where we've been traveling, how we've been packing or anything else that might be top of mind.
